Finally! The pink dress of doom is somewhat complete save for needing decent snaps in the skirt placket and a red velvet cape to go with it. And a better hairbow. I was so happy to wear it at Anime USA, even if I did feel like run-away Strawberry Pocky. And I entered this in for a hall costume contest and although I didn't really qualify, the judges 4 all came and found me to say that if it wasn't for the fact that Belle is Disney I would have won best sewing the entire weekend. Win some, lose some, not too shabby. My sensei was pleased, then she made me sew some more Puritan clothes for the Crucible.
