Giselle True Love's Kiss Dress

And you all thought I was sick of pink after Princess Aurora, hah!

This is my progress on Giselle's pink animated dress from Enchanted, I used an irridescent embroidered taffeta fabric for the body of the dress interlined with canvas and lined with pink linen look fabric. The top is trimmed with hot pink taffeta piping handmade. The shoulder drapes still need to be hemmed and attached to the dress as well as pleated to get the right shape. The dress now needs the last of the boning put in and the grommets to lace-up the back as well as a hem installed in. I need to make sure the dress fits perfect since there isn't any shoulder straps though in necessity I will attach some in clear or skin tone as extra support. The ribbon is actually a raspberry pink velvet but it came out red looking, this needs to be fitted and sewn into place.
